Refund policy
Dear Valuable Customers, Make sure you are ordering the correct items Prior to finalizing the order, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS.
Returns & Exchanges may be made up to 30 days after delivery in exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Must be brand new uninstalled items still in the original packaging.
Returns & Exchanges will have a 20% Restocking Fee.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: If we receive a return or exchange that falls into any of the INELIGIBLE criteria below, we will not issue any store credit as the item is ineligible and the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping in order to have their ineligible item/s returned to them. Make sure your items are packaged well to help avoid damage in shipping. Do not attempt to return items that do not meet the criteria!
Items that are INELIGIBLE for return include:
- Opened and used goods
- Scratched, dirty, or damaged (in any way) goods
- Fabricated goods that have been test fitted
- Goods with packaging that is dirty, damaged, or opened (must be in as-new condition - no grease/dirt, torn, or opened packaging etc).
- Tronicworkz Print / Embroidery Products
Lost, Stolen & Damage Orders:

If by any circumstances, your Package has been delivered by the mail carrier and is Lost or Stolen, You (Customer) are responsible for working with the mail carrier to recover your package. Prior to all shipping labels being printed, we go under a 2 System Verification Process to make sure the address is a Registered address.
- If your Package is Damage you must contact us with in 48 hours and the shipping company.
- You are covered by basic insurance provided by mail carrier. If you want to upgrade the Insurance coverage for your Package, you must email us at Support@TronicWorkz.com with request prior to order being fulfill.
- We DO NOT Refund or Reship products for claims that are DENIED by the mail Carrier.
Cancellation of any order is subject to a 10% Processing & Handling fee. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Refusing / Not Paying Customs Duties & Taxes On An Order that results in being returned to sender is subject to 100% of the shipping cost PLUS a 20% Processing / Handling / Restocking Fee.
Tronicworkz does not cover return shipping fees back to us on returns & exchanges.

- Tronicworkz brand products purchased through other dealers/retailers must be returned to them accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
